Before you go ahead with your Morayview booking, please take a few moments to read our Terms and Conditions.

Payment
A deposit of £75-00 is required to secure the booking. You can use one of the following methods of payment:

-PayPal
PayPal provides an online payment service. It is easy to register for PayPal and transactions are quick and secure. We will send you a PayPal invoice within a few days of your booking. To find out more about PayPal visit www.paypal.com

OR

-send a cheque payeable to:

The deposit is required within ten days of making the booking. Please include your name, address and contact telephone number with the deposit. If no payment is received, the week will become available again!
The balance of the rental fee (or full payment if booking at short notice) is required one calendar month prior to the booked start date. Again, you will receive a PayPay invoice for the balance, or an e-mail reminder to send a cheque for the outstanding amount to the above address.

Cancellation
The deposit will be returned if the booking is cancelled over one month prior to the booked start date. After this, the deposit will only be returned if the cottage is re-let for all or part of the cancelled week.
If the cancellation occurs after the balance has been paid, £75-00 will be deducted and the balance returned. The £75-00 will only be returned if the cottage is re-let for all or part of the cancelled week.

Dogs
Morayview welcomes well behaved dogs and responsible owners. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, or onto the furniture downstairs. We understand that dogs have 'accidents', or may want to mark their new territory, so cleaning materials are provided. Bio-degradable waste bags are also provided and we ask that you help keep the local areas clean and mess free.

There is an additional charge of £10-00 per week to accommodate dogs at Morayview.
